Many people don’t realize that orthodontics are for anyone, at any age. It’s true.
Starting at about age seven, a child can have his or her initial orthodontic evaluation. Why start so young? Well, now’s a really good time to look under the hood, so to speak, and detect any issues that might require early treatment.
Most folks associate braces with the teen years, and that is the most common time for orthodontic treatment. When your permanent teeth are all in, typically for teenagers between 12 and 16 years old, you’ve hit an ideal time to get started. But don’t forget about adults! You’ll find us working with everyone from Onalaska Parks and Rec and the YMCA, to Coulee Parenting Connection, the La Crosse Irish Fest and West Salem Trunk or Treat. We also like helping out our schools, including Eagle Bluff, Northern Hills, and Irving Pertzsch Elementary Schools and Onalaska Middle and High School.
